Our aim is to be greener than green.
The Green is a quaint & cosy florist, giftshop & tearoom, with a dog-friendly space to the rear of the building,, open 7 days a week, located in the heart of Washington Village. One of our main goals when creating this space was for people to feel they were part of a community & have a relaxed environment to go to where they felt at home.

Our florist specialises in a range of designs using the best quality materials which are sourced from local growers and flower markets. We can cater to all of your floral needs, including weddings; birthdays; funerals, and any other occasions.

Our giftshop stocks a range of locally sourced products from small businesses in our area and ensuring we maintain our green ethos by using eco-friendly packaging. From illustrated cards to natural skin care we have a great selection.
{tearoom}
Our tearoom offers everything from locally roasted coffee, organic & fairtrade tea to cakes from local bakers & of course speciality Forge Fayre from our big little brother over the road. We also offer a great range of gluten-free & vegan options, as well as a variety of plant-based milk for your drinks. All of our packaging is completely biodegradable, and our coffee grounds & tea leaves are compostable.
