- For our next group, we will be joined again by guest Dr Ruth Thompson .
- Ruth is trained and has worked in a specialist menopause clinic, she will hold a Q&A on HRT.
- These monthly groups have been really beneficial for everyone attending and are open to everyone regardless of age or gender.
